What we do with what you send

Who we are

Donald C. Hodge, Jr. is a Louisiana attorney, Bar Roll No. 29251, and a graduate of the Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts. He served as counsel for the plaintiff in the federal case that produced the sworn record described on this site, and he has spent the last two years placing every relevant state and federal authority on written notice concerning the school, culminating in the July 21, 2026 referrals to the FBI and the Louisiana State Police. Brandy Mai is an attorney whose office is in Savannah, Georgia, and is also a graduate of the school. She served as co-counsel in that case and is co-counsel in the survivor litigation. Both attorneys are intimately familiar with the law in this area and with the institution itself. We represent survivors and their families. We have never represented the school or any of its officials.
